DESCRIPTION:

Large blood plum, with rounded heart shaped fruit, red skin with some mottling and light red juicy flesh. A very distinct flavour, tang and aroma – Freestone.

MATURITY:

Mid February (Late season)

SUGGESTED POLLINATORS:

Mariposa, Narrabeen

COMMENTS:

Used for fresh fruit, preserves and jam. A vigorous growing tree.

TREE CARE:

Plant in a sunny position with well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
