DESCRIPTION:

Upright growing standard tree to a height of 4 metres, with pendulous spreading branches. Green foliage, changing to golden in Autumn. Pink buds open to single white blossoms in mid Spring. Bright red fruit (green on the underside) matures in late Summer, remaining on the tree to early Autumn.

COMMENTS:

An attractive feature tree for any garden. This variety produces an abundance of good quality fruit. Excellent for making Crab Apple Jelly.

TREE CARE:

Plant in a well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilize when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
