DESCRIPTION:

This is a sour Cherry with small to medium rounded fruit, dark red skin and red flesh, with a very tart taste.  Growing to a height of approximately 2 – 2.5m at maturity.

Late December early January (Late Season)

COMMENTS:

A very popular variety with European cooking and also used in wine making. Producing moderate crops. Suitable for cooler climates.

TREE CARE:

Plant in a well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
