DESCRIPTION:

This dwarf version of the Sundowner variety produces large yellow fleshed fruit with a freestone. The fruit has a good flavour which goes hand in hand with its smooth red skin, and is mostly eaten fresh, but may be used in cooking.  Grows to a height of 2m and a width of 2m.

Mid January (Early Season)

Self Pollinating.

COMMENTS:

A low chill variety suitable to grow in milder climates.

TREE CARE:

Plant in a well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
