DESCRIPTION:

Large sized conical sharp fruit with red skin on cream to yellow background with an amber coloured flesh. It has a meaty, crisp texture.

MATURITY:

Late January (Mid-Late season)

SUGGESTED POLLINATORS:

Partially self fertile. Santa Rosa, Mariposa, Narrabeen.

COMMENTS:

Medium size vigorous tree. Excellent storage and shelf life. Fruit may crack on young trees and hence trees should be lightly pruned, very little nitrogen fertiliser and not thinned in the early years.

TREE CARE:

Plant in a sunny position with well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
