DESCRIPTION:

Large sized aromatic pear shaped fruit, with the crunch of an apple. Yellow green skin, flesh is crisp and juicy with a sweet distinct taste.

COMMENTS:

Eaten as fresh fruit. Stores well, low chill variety suitable for more temperate climates. Flowers very early therefore may be susceptible to frost damage.

TREE CARE:

Plant in a sunny position with well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
