FEATURES:
A brilliantly coloured, deciduous shrub.
Rich wine-purple rounded leaves and fairy floss like flowers Summer to Autumn. Grows in most sites preferring a cool, well drained soil. Tolerant of cold winters, dry summers and frosts.

Attractive contrasting foliage plant, excellent backdrop for white, cream or yellow flowers.
TREE CARE:
Plant in a well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune to shape if necessary.
