Weeping Pagoda Tree

DESCRIPTION:

A small to medium ornamental tree with a beautiful weeping habit. Branches hang down in early years, spreading out with age and twisting, to form a picturesque crown. Deep green leaves are made up of numerous pairs of oval leaflets, giving the tree a feathery look. Leaves turn yellow in Autumn. A good urban tree, able to withstand pollutants and city conditions.

This weeping cultivar very rarely flowers.

TREE CARE:

Plant in a well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilize when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
