DESCRIPTION:

Elberta produces full sized pink to light red fruit over light green to cream background, with firm yellow flesh and a freestone. The sweet and juicy fruit is delicious eaten fresh or used for preserving. Grows to a height of 2m and a width of 2m.

MATURITY:

Mid-February (Mid Season).

COMMENTS:

A low maintenance tree ideal for backyards, pots, or tubs because of its dwarfing tree size.

TREE CARE:

Plant in a sunny position in well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
