FEATURES:

This is an upright growing form of the Tulip Tree to a height of 12 metres. Attractive tulip shaped scented flowers of yellowish-green, with orange centers appear after the new leaves. The leaves are large have a distinct shape and are green turning golden in Autumn.

COMMENTS:

This variety makes an excellent specimen tree. Trees with a fastigiate form are more suitable for small to medium sized gardens as they are narrower. Tolerant to air pollution. Plant in full sun, prefers well drained rich soil but is also suited to acid soils.
