DESCRIPTION:

Medium to large apple with crimson to dark red skin that surrounds a aromatic white juicy flesh. This variety is eaten fresh and is great for cooking, desserts, and for apple cider.  Growing to a height of approximately 1.8 metres at maturity.

Late March (Mid season)

COMMENTS:

Medium to large apple which has medium sweetness, with juicy, highly aromatic white flesh, sugars improve with storage.

TREE CARE:

Plant in a sunny position with well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
