DESCRIPTION:

Known as the “Snow Apple”, the small round fruit has skin that is red striped over gold. The white flesh is crisp and juicy. Growing to a height of approximately 3 metres at maturity.

March (Mid Season)

COMMENTS:

The “Snow Apple” is generally eaten for fresh fruit with good keeping qualities. The tree is upright and spreading and can require heavy thinning. It is suitable to grow in most climates.

TREE CARE:

Plant in a sunny position with well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil leel. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
